Polyethylene plastic is a plastic made by granulating polyethylene glycol with a small amount of plastic additives such as antioxidants and lubricants. Polyethylene is a series of varieties that can be produced using multiple process methods and have multiple structures and characteristics, with hundreds of varieties. At present, the commonly used varieties include low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LL DPE), and some varieties with special properties, such as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHM WPE), low molecular weight polyethylene (LMWPE), high molecular weight high-density polyethylene (HMWHDPE), extremely low density polyethylene (VLDPE), cross-linked polyethylene (VPE), chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), and various ethylene copolymers.

Low density polyethylene (LDPE) is polymerized from ethylene as a monomer under high pressure of 100-300MPa, using organic peroxides as initiators, hence also known as high-pressure polyethylene. The density ranges from 0.91 to 0.925g/cm. Additionally, the density ranges from 0926 to 0.940g/cm ³ It is called medium density polyethylene; A density below 0910g/cm3 is called very low density polyethylene (VLDPE).
