Multi layer co extrusion cast grass wrapping film

Grass wrapping film has strong self-adhesive properties, weather resistance, puncture resistance, and impact resistance. Compared with traditional methods, using it for grass ensiling preservation has minimal loss and waste, is flexible and convenient, has good silage product quality, does not pollute the environment, is low in cost, has high benefits, and has a long shelf life. Therefore, it has become a leader in grass packaging materials.

  1. Selection and Formula Design
    (1) Main raw materials
    1) PE-mLLD, SP2040, produced by Mitsui Corporation in Japan.
    2) Whitening and shading masterbatch, E370, produced by Foshan Yuntong Plastic Additive Factory.
    3) Additive masterbatch, PW60, produced by Baoli De Company.
    (2) In order to determine the ratio of each component and select the optimal melting temperature, casting temperature, and production speed, and based on the results of previous research and technical exchanges, the design scheme is as follows: 1) Only the core layer is added to the whitening and shading masterbatch, with a dosage of 1% to 5%; 2) Add the adhesive masterbatch to the core layer and the contact layer of the flow roller, with a dosage of 2% to 5%; 3) The production speed is 150-200m/min, the thickness is 20-25m, the extrusion temperature is 260-280 ℃, and the casting temperature is 20-25 ℃.
