(1) Electromagnetic speed regulating motors should rotate the speed knob of the speedometer smoothly and slowly during start-up, speed regulation, and shutdown. Sudden speed regulation is not allowed to avoid damaging the motor, instruments, and machine.
(2) Before starting the electromagnetic speed control motor, the speed control knob should be adjusted back to the “zero” position.
(3) When heating the extrusion temperature, the set temperature must be adjusted to a control position that is 3050 ℃ lower than the process temperature. After the temperature reaches a constant temperature for 5 minutes, it can be adjusted to the process temperature and kept at a constant temperature for 15 minutes before starting the extruder to run at low speed. After cleaning the die head, it can be put into composite production.
(4) It is strictly prohibited to start the extruder motor before reaching the required temperature for the process. Prohibit the extruder from running empty (without adding material) to avoid scratching the barrel or screw.
(5) No non plastic debris (especially metal) is allowed to enter the extruder barrel.
(6) The discharge port of the mold head is an important link in determining product quality, and more care should be taken. The cleaning tool should be made of soft metal (such as copper sheet, aluminum sheet, etc.) to avoid scratching the mold lip and affecting the quality of the extruded film.
(7) When compounding, it is necessary to regularly check the silicone roller (some use rubber rollers) and promptly remove the material adhered to the silicone roller. The cleaning tool should use chamfered bamboo strips, and sharp objects are not allowed to avoid damaging the silicone roller.
(8) When the composite rubber roller and steel roller are not working, they should be released in a timely manner.
(9) Magnetic powder brakes are equipped with natural cooling devices, and generally do not require water cooling or forced air cooling. Under long-term full load conditions, the brake stator can be water-cooled, and the coil can be forced air-cooled. If the magnetic powder brake cannot reach the torque after long-term operation, it is recommended to disassemble, clean, and add magnetic powder
(10) Pay attention to checking the working condition of the cooling water circulation system to maintain the cooling effect.
(11) Electrical facilities should avoid being contaminated by grease.
(12) If any abnormal phenomena or abnormal sounds are found during the production process, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
